Instructions to the candidates

a) Application Fee: Rs.500/-

b) How to Apply Online?

The college has introduced online filling up of application form for admission into B.Ed. classes. The last date for submission of online application is 31-07-2019 till 11.45 P.M.

  1. Candidates should visit the website http://gacbhawanipatna.org and click “Download Information Brochure”
  2. The candidates must read the Information Brochure for B.Ed. Admission-2019-21 and ensure his/her eligibility before paying the Application Fee.
  3. After reading the Information Brochure, the candidate should click on “Apply Online”.
  4. The Registration Form will be opened and candidates have to register themselves by providing the following details.
    • Name of the Applicant
    • Mobile Number
    • Email
  5. After successful registration the candidate will get User Id and Password in his/her registered mobile number and Login screen will appear.
  6. Candidate has to login by using the User ID and Password.
  7. After Login candidate has to pay the Application Fee of Rs.500/- to get the online Application Form.
  8. The online application form has been divided into the following three broad parts which are to filled in by the candidate
    • Personal Details
    • Reservation Details
    • Course and Qualification Details
  9. Applicants are not required to upload any documents or photograph now.
  10. CORRECTNESS OF ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE APPLICATION FORM WILL BE VERIFIED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION. Applicant has to submit all documents/certificates in ORIGINAL in support of his/her claims
  11. Before submitting the form the candidates must verify and authenticate all entries made in the online application form. If required then they can edit any entries made in the online application form.
  12. Once the form is finally submitted, further changes cannot be made.
  13. Application incomplete in any manner shall be rejected.
  14. Sending Print Out of the Application Form to the College is NOT required.

c) Payment Procedure:

  • After successful payment of Rs.500/- through the designated Payment gateway, applicants will get a transaction reference number acknowledging the receipt of payment towards Application fee.

d) Refund Policy

  • Application Fee is non-refundable. Candidates must ensure his/her eligibility for B.Ed. Admission before paying the Application Fee
  • However, if payment is made twice or more by a candidate due to any technical issues, then all amount shall be refunded within 7 days keeping Application Fee of one application only.
  • Candidates are advised NOT to make payment twice. If money is deducted but Transaction Reference Number is not issued then please send details of payment containing Bank Reference Number along with their User ID to bedadmissionfor2019@gmail.com for necessary adjustment. Adjustment of the Application fee shall be made within 48 hours.
